These Terms and Conditions set out important information about www.legendscayman.com (“Website”) and the Legends at Camana Bay tennis tournament being held on 9 February 2018 (the “Event”). Please read it carefully as it affects your rights and liabilities under the laws of the Cayman Islands. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website. General admission, premium general admission and food and beverage Event tickets are available for purchase online at https://dart.frsolutions.ky/#/event-details/legends-tennis. Merchant processing fee and service fee may apply. Box seat Event tickets are provided to Event sponsors only and are not available for purchase.
Payment for Event tickets must be made by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted, with the exception of American Express.
Once payment has been made, Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Event ticket or credit substitutions are not permitted.
Payments for Event tickets must be made by cash, company cheque, money order or wire transfer. Please contact info@ legendscayman.com in order to obtain CAIS’ wire transfer details. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. For Corporate VIP orders, if your payment is not received within 48 hours of submitting your registration, your registration will be cancelled and the tickets will be released and made available to the general public.
Once payment has been made, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
There is no age limitation to attend the Event for general admission Event tickets, however any box seat Event ticket attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend the Event or any related events. Exceptions to this term will only be considered following written request to the Event Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or any other attendee or participant of the Event, or may affect the good name, image and reputation of the Company or its affiliate companies.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands. The Company makes no guarantee or warranty that the material(s) on the Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Cayman Islands, and accessing the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Website from outside the Cayman Islands, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, as applicable.
The views expressed by any Event attendee, speaker, exhibitor, participant, partner or sponsor are not necessarily those of the Event or the Company.
